Jacqueline met Alastair Boell in 1989 at The University of Melbourne whilst undertaking the course – Bachelor of Education: Arts and Crafts. After living in Japan for 8 years, she then went to study at the London College of Fashion (UK) where she was awarded her ‘Diploma – Costumes for the Performing Arts’. Once she returned to Melbourne, she founded and ran her own costume store – ‘Razzle Dazzle Costume Hire’, where she was awarded ‘Best Customer Service’ from the City of Boroondara in 2009. In 2012 she worked as part of the team at Youngs Auctions in Camberwell, where she learnt a great deal about furniture. In 2009, she joined her husband at The Guild where she and Alastair work together as a dynamic duo!
